TENDER PROCESS:
Hanga Associates offer professional tendering services, our talented quantity surveyors can advise on and prepare the appropriate tender documents including bills of quantities (BOQs) and manage the tendering process. We evaluate and analyze received tenders and communicate our recommendation to our client for their consideration.

COST MANAGEMENT:
Hanga Associates Quantity Surveyors have the ability, skill and know-how on establishing and maintaining Client’s budget for any construction (and/or demolition) project. We do this by estimating the costs and quantities of all resources required, make future predictions of costs through our understanding of the effects of inflation on construction costs.

COST ESTIMATING:
As part of our Quantity Surveying services, we prepare different types of estimates at all stages of project development from factored order of magnitude estimates to detailed estimates using our knowledge of cost estimating techniques ranging from factored, unit rate method to first principles estimating.
